I'm not so sure

(I removed the pedal steel track)

Let me tell you my dilemma I been traveling through bad weather.
I'm in sixteen different kinds of pain.

My head keeps on a thumping I should have seen it coming.
But I'm doing alright just the same.

I've been feeling kinda queasy since she said she's gonna leave me.
My hairs fallen out by the comb.
My friends say not to worry that she'll back. But I'm not so sure no more hey hey.

This blues style features guitar, baritone guitar, bass, and drums.
The guitar plays mostly short, quick chords and occasional fills into the next chord.
The baritone guitar plays a mix of chords and riffs with particular emphasis
on the lower end of the fretboard to accentuate the guitars sound.
The bass alternates held notes with moving 8th note lines.
During the A sections the drums play a simple rock beat with
hi-hat, snare, and kick drum. During the B sections a ride cymbal is subbed
in for the hi-hat. This song is in the key of F#m and features
major, minor, and dominant7 chords. Chord changes happen every 2 to 8 beats.

Hello Leon. Hope all is going well for you.
Thank you for your encouragement. Rob4580
Terrific lyrics and your usual excellent singing. Then I liked ending with a chorus of hey-heys for contrast lyrically. Just great!
This rocks. Very cool tone you captured with the mix. The band is hot. Cool song.
That's a really cool one, Rob ! Love everything about it: good lyrics, a very interesting and pleasant arrangement and really great vocals. Very well-done !!

Kind regards,

Stefan
What a cool sound, Rob. There are influences from every decade in there, but the 50s strike me the strongest. Great choice of bandmates. Cool lyrics. Yeah, ya never no if she'll be back, but one thing you CAN be sure of: You got a good song out of it. Stay well!
Fine track! Fun, moves nicely along, fitting lyric, and wonderful sound...great work!
Very cool tune Rob. Very different that your other tunes. Loved this. Super vocal and very cool backtrack
Nice quick tune. Can't say anything bad about the blues! laugh
Blues rock on!

You packed a lot of goodness into those two minutes.

Very engaging from the get go. Your always fine vocal

Rob

Enjoyed that, a nice rocker and strong vocal. (The bass was booming a bit on my speakers).

Good stuff.

Rob,
Wow! this was on my "listen to" list for some time. With so much music here, I am glad I found it. Really good stuff. A lot of energy packed in 2 minutes. Cool groove! I like short tunes. I had a period in my life when I wrote whole bunch of things of 2 minutes and under, which was a lot of fun (for me) I think I might go that route again smile Thank you for sharing.

Misha.
Nice to hear your vocal sitting in with the instruments - it fits really well.
This is a song where IN is important. As usual you sit your vocal really well for the song.
Cool.
Nice job Rob! This one sounds like you had the 60's power trio Cream backing you up! Didn't last last long enough! T
This is a hit in my book. Instrumentation. Melody. It all comes together sweetly. Love the stereo panning too.
Excellent rock blues with a perfect mix, super strong vocal, and some great lyrics. Outstanding guitar backing tracks and a super groove also.
Wow!
That's mighty wide track.

I like the vibe and the lyric.
