Very Nice Ed. I got out my guitar and strummed along with you.

I'm listening to this early one morning, and it's exactly the right message! Thanks, Ed, for your clear and simple musical advice!

You got it, Ed!! I'm listening at the breakfast table, head down, eyes up, and ready for day. You're a great start, my friend.

Hey thanks Ed!
I printed out both. New guitar strings showed up today so I will restring the guitar then test it out with your fine music.

Thanks, folks.
Marty and to anyone who might be interested:
Here's an updated web presence for the lead sheets.
https://www.webdirectory21.com/hymn/index.htm
With respect to practice BAIB tracks, two are on the SoundCloud site. That would be Gospel Ballad and Gospel Country. The other two are on the way.
Part of the spirit of this genre is that it is participatory. We see it in so many ways. From the fact the sheets are called "lead sheets" to the general acceptance of improvisation in the music that was to develop from the 1880-1920 era.
That said, the backing tracks become learning and improv aids as well as performance and practice.
Thank you to all at BAIB, Peter Gannon, and to the forum members wherever you may be. Shall we press ourselves and each other to greater heights in the coming year?
