Hi all,
Here's a french song between old jazz and gypsy swing.
My friend Christian Braut is the singer.
Lyrics are about universality of music. Each one can travel and be enriched with so different styles...

Hi Chris & Christian ...

What a great song. I love Gypsy Jazz - I've written several song in the genre. The stops establish a nice pace. That clarinet is super!

Everything about the song is exquisite. I totally loved it! Best to both of you .

Hello Chris,

An old-style jazz chanson reminiscent of Charles Aznavour's "Pour faire une jam".
The vocal is a little more reminiscent of new French singers.
I love French chansons, so I like these songs unconditionally.
Enjoyed my listen a lot.

Best regards.

Hi Chris,

haven't been listening to that kind of music for a very long time, but this one really encouraged me to do it every now and then.

Really nice in all aspects.

Cheers,

Stefan

Christian,

What a great piece! Really captures a gypsy jazz Django feel. My best mate is a big fan of gypsy jazz . . . I will definitely play this one for him—he’s going to love it. Your vocalist does a terrific job as well; sits perfectly in the mix and jives well with the mood. And that solo clarinet just slays. Outstanding!

All my best to you,

Deej
