Nice song with a great chorus. Vocals are always good. Loved the rhyming of 'corner' and 'warn ya.' Nice cautionary tale. Good work and happy holidays!

This is a really cool song Vic.

I enjoyed it a lot.

The Neil Diamond phrasing in the verses is interesting.
The reverb on your voice sits it not quite in the mix but that suits the NDness really.
I don't think the solo guitar suits the song but that's always a toss up isn't it?
Good performance and recording.

Vic...I really like this song...love the driving bass and the instruments you chose...great hook and the harmonies on the chorus really bring the vocals to life...by the way great vocal...you've probably been told a million times that you have a Neil Diamond vibe in your voice ( I hope that's a compliment....it's meant to be)...thanks for posting and/or reposting this...it was worth it!
