Black dog blues

****** Song Summary *************
Title: _BTGSHUF - Baritone Guitar Blues Shuffle
File:Black dog blues.SGU
Key=F# , Tempo 85, Length (m:s)=3:28

I'm in the middle of blacked-out abyss.
I'm hiding in the dark I've been put on the list.
I'm running and I'm hiding away.
With rain coming it's a black dog kind of day.

Caught in a vice, that won't release its grip.
This poisoned wine only I can sip.
I'm falling deeper, I cant make my way.
With rain coming its a black dog kind of day.
................................................

I'm calling out to you oh please don't leave me alone.
The skies started falling and the elements groan.
It's my unique disposition on a black dog kind of day.

Bridge

I'm calling out to you oh please don't leave me alone.
The skies started falling and the elements groan.
Its my unique disposition on a black dog kind of day.
Its my unique disposition on a black dog kind of day.
It's my unique disposition on a black dog kind of day.

Winston Churchill's black dog?
I don't know the original mix so can only offer that this is a very cool mix.
Your voice is clear, generally sib free and telling a good story with conviction.
Simple and effective backing.
Well done sir.
Hello Rob
Really like it along with the great video
Great voice and sound
Very good mix, Rob
thanks for sharing
Many greetings
Andi ;-)
It certainly was "Winston Churchill's black dog"
Not many are aware that he coined that saying.

My new favorite... Love the Bari-Ge-tar... I have a'58 Silvertone (Danelectro) Baritone guitar, I play thru my ol' 1959 tweed Bassman... Love that sound... Great song/production...
Thank you Ray. smile
I have you to thank for the improvement on my mixes (smiling).
You have helped me to listen out for different flaws, that I never noticed.
Thank you again. All the best my friend. smile

Sounds good. Authentic blues with a twist (the lyrics). Your vocals are rich and full - bravo. The video is well crafted. I'm sure you put a lot of work into that. I liked it (the song and the video).
Great vocals, very good tune, mix sounded good as well. Video was icing. Def gave it a thumbs up.
Blues, just as advertised. Dark and moody.

The harmony bits are cool.

Good vocals, nice arrangement.

Nice work!
So well done, Rob. Everything about this is just perfect. The vocals with just the right amount of reverb, and that soaring solo guitar is stupendous. That very subtle harmonica is a great choice.
