Hello, 'ghostgum'...

The Real Style and Real Tracks you chose unleashed a great deal of exotic rhythmic energy behind the warm, liquid, one-note playing style of your lead guitar track. The flamenco feel conjured up visions of stylish dancers tapping out traditional steps that tell colorful, ancient tales of adventure and romance. Applause for this diverting instrumental production!

Hi, Brian.

Nice track! Pleasant melody, nice arrangement.

I'm not exactly sure why, but I think starting at 1:50, the guitar lead sat in the track a bit better than the other leads. Maybe it was just the register?

Any, good work! The "Oooohs" work really well, too.

Thank you for that most eloquent review, Bluage - and a happy new year to you!

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the feedback. I think the stanza you're referring to works better because the lead guitar is playing five notes to the bar instead of four earlier in the piece. Later iterations might employ the five-note pattern throughout.

This is very good... The Takamine sounds lovely.

Cool chops and tones with the nylon.

I like the way you mixed it out front ... very engaging.

Fun and well done ... and a bit different from Down At Maverick's Bar!

PS Cool title smile

Thanks, Scott. I'm never quite sure about the mix because the difference between headphone and large speaker sounds is quite significant.

Thanks, bloc-head. I'm enjoying the Takamine very much. The nylon tones seem more at home than the steel-string in these Latin arrangements.

Thanks, Greg. I't getting a bit late to wish folks a happy new year, so happy President's Day.

Thanks, J&B. There's a rumor that catchy titles attract more plays.
