****** Song Summary *************
Title: Standing_On_The_Corner
Key=F , Tempo 130, Length (m:s)=2:49

Standing on the corner, just waiting for you to come by. (Oh my)
I been standing on the corner hoping to catch your eye.
For all you know I'm just some other another guy.

I see you coming and I'm near out of breath. (Nothing left)
Yes I see you coming honey you make me a mess.
Cos every body knows I'm such nervous wreck

Where standing on the corner I'm gonna buy you a ring. (My heart Sing)
Yes we're standing on the corner I'll give you very thing.
Yes I sure know I have the broadest grin

Bridge

I been know to stand on the corner and I been known to do what I oughta But I wont be seen on that corner no more

Hi Rob,

Really good song!
Kept our feet moving.

Rob and Anne-Marie
Great track... I do love a shuffle.
Excellent arrangement, vocals, solos...
Love your song...
Sounds great, especially in the headphones, Rob. Lovely panning. Man, I love that whole band, especially the clarinet. What a slap-happy feel. Ain't no way someone can just STAND anywhere without moving those feet. Absolutely great job on the horns.
Hi Rob, that is has taken a long time hearing from you again.
What a nice entry you have created with this song. Very swinging!

"Yes I sure know I have the broadest grin" is a sentence from your lyuric, but I doubt that. I think I had!
Nice one with the clarinet.
Next month a new song like this?

Nice weekend,
Hans
Nice story, a journey out of the corner. Great band, the clarinet and the horn section works really well, truly swinging tune.
Excellent vocals with many nice details and some Elvis, I enjoyed also the backing parts (and of course "Nothing left" on the right).

Janne
Nice and bouncy. Nice use of stereo! Background vocals are cool.

Blues with a clarinet - excellent combination. Horns are a nice touch as well.

Fun tune! laugh
Cool!
I like the backing vocal spacing.

A nice retro vibe, really captured that big band sound.
Vocal performance and mixing is top notch!

Hi Rob,

This is excellent.

Such a great creation that's matched be a super presentation and equally great mix.

I loved it!

All the best,
Noel
Blues big band shuffle - why not it works a treat.
The vocals are excellent.
The band is hot/cool.
My only not would be suggesting you bring the hard panned bvox in to between 50 & 30% either side as they seem too wide at present...NOT a problem ...just a "druther".
Loved it! very well put together. Very natural sound.

Mike B.
Rob, the lead vocalist for the Benny Goodman band! Seriously this is that good.

Everything about this one is top shelf.

Loved it
Rob,

A good Blues Shuffle. A very cool BAND - nice use of horns and clarinet...

Good vocal - very "comfortable" - well done.

Excellent mix. Good music.

Rob,
Classic structure with modern approach. Very nice arrangement, all the elements, especially brass have their own place and sound very "life". Excellent vocals and mix. Rob, good one.
Thank you for sharing,
Misha.
A shuffle with a walking bass ... right in our wheelhouse.

It gave Janice "happy feet!" smile

Great vocals ... cool harmony.

Nice band and mix.

Really love the clarinet!

ALL good!

Rob, this is such a cool song. It's just so true to it's roots. That authenticity really makes it shine. This could easily be placed in a movie and create the environment for the scene instantly. Just all around cool! Loved it.
Thank you Janne. Rob 4580
