Hi my biab's friends,
,
The vegetal world has always interested me. Discovering that his brain is in his roots is an extraordinary advance in recent decades. Knowing that the plant world lives in symbiosis in perfect harmony with other species to communicate and defend itself is even more so. In honor of this little-known plant world, I dedicate my humble composition to them. To achieve this, I only used biab for the chords. Thank you for your comments if you have the time or the desire.

This is a pretty good score that could easily be from the movie 'Avatar'.
Well done!
There is something epic and grand about this.
A very enjoyable composition, great job.
This has some of the epic grandeur of the music from The Hobbit.
BIG
This indeed sounds excellent. I can really picture this in a movie.
Rob
One word summary, "Epic".

Hi rayc,
Ah if I even came close to getting closer to film composers, I would be a happy man. But I still have a lot of progress to make. Thanks for the nice comment.

Wonderful soundscape. Every instrument sounds great, I especially like the wind instruments, because they reflect nature and the forest. Excellent work to make them play in harmony, good organic structure. I also hear this as forests' cry for help when human beings are not living in harmony with nature.

Exactly what's already been said:
Epic.
Sounds
great.
Wonderful piece, I agree with B.D. that this sounds like it came from the Avatar soundtrack. It must have been a lot of work to assemble and I give you all the credit in the world for pulling it off. Really enjoyed it and have listened multiple times.
Great work! I like attention to detail and how well all the layers work together.
Hi firesong,
Always so kind in your comments. Thank you very much because your comment helps me to improve.

Hi TuneMonger,
I will have to listen to the avatar music again because several people have referred to it. This soundtrack took me about 20 hours to put together. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I thank you.

We are your kindred spirits with regard to the forests.
Our daily hikes in the woods with our dog and our biking on trails bring so much joy and magic to life. There seems to always be a new plant or variety of tree that we discover.
Your song is truly majestic!
Enjoyed it!

A wonderful cinematic piece.
I don't know about a forest but I could imagine waves crashing onto rocks.
Vic
Derochette, this is a big, grand and impressive production. I’m sure that your hard work and attention to detail has paid off. Nicely done,Tom
Absolutely majestic!
Great orchestration!
The perfect mix.
This should be in an epic movie.
Loved it.
Oh, yes, symbiosis, brains, and harmony. My language. And you interpret it so well, Derochette. Such emotion in music. What an extraordinary sound. What a strong interpretation. Even the abrupt ending has meaning. So well done.
Hi Vircan,
Through this soundscape, I wanted to pay homage to this plant world that we are beginning to discover and which is endowed with an unsuspected intelligence to this day. Thanks for commenting and liking.

Hi Tommyad,
you create beautiful compositions that I don't always comment on but will do in the future. Soundscape music doesn't really appeal to many people because it has to be paired with videos to be engaging, which I don't like. Thank you for your nice comment.

Extraordinary and complex composition. I can't even wrap my brain around how to compose something like this. The are a lot of good, appropriate adjectives floating around in the comments: epic, cinematic, majestic.
Very nice, so many instruments, but all of them sound wonderful together. Maybe you can write an Opera Company and see if they can use this in one of their operas, or write an opera and use this as the start of your story. Thank you for sharing. Happy New Year.
Hi MarioD,
Thank you for coming to listen to my soundtrack and for commenting. You and I are often looking for semi-orchestral composition. And I'm glad you like it. Best wishes for the new year.

Thank you Ezekiel's Storm,
that's a very nice compliment. I'm maybe more successful in this style than in alternative rock. However, I liked composing symphonic rock even if it did not please the forum as I had hoped. My best wishes for the year 2023.

Hi cheryl anne,
I'm glad to read your nice comment. But my music does not interest many people except the friendly people of the Forum. I want to tell you that I follow you in all your compositions and that you have a lot of talent except in the mixing to improve. But it will come with all the advice from our friends at the Biab forum. My best wishes for happiness and success in 2023.

Wow Jani. I was thinking Avatar too. Love the woodwinds. Light melody and daunting background. Perfect mix and production. Happy New Year..

Hi Torrey,
Apologies for the delay in my response. Thanks for the nice comment. Others on this forum make good movie soundtracks like MarioD and many others. It is true that it is a particular style that Biab allows us to achieve and to diversify the styles offered. This is the richness of this forum. Thanks again.
