This year marks 60 years that I've known Nokie Edwards. Unfortunately, we lost him in 2018.

Like Mario has said; Nokie, of Ventures fame, influenced more fledgling guitarists than nearly anyone else.

Wow... That is so smooth. The very first of many bands I played in, over the years, was a Ventures Cover band... 1966

He was a great musician and a major influence for decades. Enjoyed listening. Thanks for posting.

Wow - that is incredible! I'm not familiar with him, or his work with the Ventures really at all (besides recognizing the name). Definitely know who the next artist I have to brush up on is. Thanks for sharing, Don
