FreqAnalyst is a really nice spectrum analyzer plugin that allows overlay with an opacity/transparency adjustment (so you can compare content in multiple tracks.

They been around a long time.
One of the first effects packaged I ever downloaded. Nice to see they are keeping things going, with 64 bit options.

For use with PGMusic products you'll likely want to get the regular 32 bit versions though.
