Is it possible in any shape or form to record midi from a sound module while playing a style on the module and ending up with different channels of midi.

i,e, all the different channels seperate drums,bass etc, on seperate channels ?.

Or am i looking for too much here ?.

Depends on the module and whether you can map the style's MIDI data to the MIDI output.
Possibly in a Thru routing.
Some synths don't allow style MIDI data out as default.

If you can get the given module to generate the MIDI it will work.
