Hello all out there; I was wandering if I can get help figuring out why I can’t record anything I arm the tracks and hit record and the curser moves but no wave form no white background. Thank you…..Lupo!

what are you recording? keyboard? guitar? vocal? and how is it connected to the PC? and what program are you using? Band in a Box or RealBand?

The echo pci cards are getting rather long in the tooth , i have one here i dont use anymore.
Yes i know it was good, but tech moves on.
A usb audio interface is cheap these days.

However , if you feel you must persist with the echo …then people need lots of details bout your workflow. Also pics would help others help you as follows.
1.Pics of your win device record and playback properties/settings.
2.There are no details as to whether your using biab or realband…but pics of your echo device driver settings would be useful in each is needed …and finally …
3.The echo has a user control panel, so a pic of the panel settings would be useful too.
