Hi all,
It's been a while, life has taken me away for a bit from music, but I'm happy to be back to it.
I have always loved the standard "Blue Bossa", but being more of a fusion player than a straight jazz one, I elected to create a modern groove with BIAB (DPHTS.STY) and play a short guitar solo over it.
Here it is, hope you will like it. I played on my Fender Mustang 1966.
BLUE BOSSA SOLO
Very nice Angelo. Another jazz guitarist here. smile
You've got that Pat Martino/Frank Zappa look down to an art!

Tasteful playing and good overall sound.
All the best!

Nice work there mate. Always enjoy a nice rendition of BB.

If I may, I would like to share my version. Recorded in my home along with George Bellas. If you don't know George, you may want to google him.

A neat arrangement, and clever overlay on the Blue Bossa chords. Well done.

Thank you so much! Yes, this tune allows to be creative with so many choices possible. I elected some tones against those chords that I liked, I'm glad you appreciated them as well!
