Hi, friends !

In my older days I have become more and more
interested in the divine music of the great
finnish composer Jean Sibelius. I noticed that
earlier I did not give myself time enough
to listen to his music thoroughly, and so I have
come to realize I have a lot to catch up on his
music ! This piece always makes me burst with patriotic
joy !

"Intermezzo" played here by the Tampere Philharmonics.

Revisiting great performance of great musics can indeed be filled with new awe and discovery.

I've always liked the works of Sibelius, too.

Thanks for posting that, am listening and enjoying again as well!

Yes,a fabulous composer Sibelius, his music seems to emanate from the very fibre of his magnificent Finnish homeland.
I always like listening to the Fourth Symphony, such a strange but fascinating piece.

Hi Dani
Yes great symphonies those,do you listen to Carl Nielsen's Symphonies as well?
I can recommend any of his 6 symphonies with the 5th being an absolute masterpiece!

RIcc
