"Not Every Day Was Sad", another BIAB creation, is now available on YouTube.
Not Every Day Was Sad - Bob Buford Thanks for listening,
Bob
Enjoyed that Bob. Very nice indeed.
Great tune and vocal, Bob. Thanks for sharing this.
Interesting, in light of all the discussion about the "best DAW", when I first read the title, my brain registered "Not Every DAW Was Sad". LOL

HA! Good one, John. If a DAW isn't sad when I start using it, it will be by the time I'm done.

Thanks VT,
Just trying to get it out there any way I can.

Bob,
Just so beautiful in every respect.
Your warm guitar playing is stellar, as usual!
I'm thinking about another collaboration with you and your beautiful Drop D guitar work.
My friend of 55 years, Nokie Edwards, is ailing so I am getting a gaggle of guitarists together for a tribute tune or 3 to present to him while he's still able to appreciate it. I'd love to have one from you.
What a tune - you nailed this! It has so much emotion and sincerity to it. I loved both your vocal delivery and the lyrics here. They really connected with me, both musically and topically.
You should be really proud of this one
Thanks for sharing!
This is so fantastic! Very well done! The vocals were very moving for this song.

Wow...Deryk. Thank you so much. Glad you enjoyed it. This was a hard song to do for some reason. I quit on it about three times before I got it right. But I had something to say...so I stuck with it. Fun to listen to now and remember how it almost didn't happen.
Have any idea how this song is approaching 9,000 plays in the Showcase??? I guess I really don't know how that works.
Thanks for listening,
Bob

You're very welcome - and I mean it! 9,000 plays. That's crazy! Congrats
