I used to love watching The Lone Ranger.

I didn't know that Glen Campbell was such a skilled guitarist.

Hope you enjoy.

Hi Noel, great to hear that again.
Glen Campbell was actually a studio instrumentalist musician, who could sing a bit, rather that the other way around. I seem to recall he recorded some tracks with the Beach Boys.
I don't know if you remember this version by Sounds Incorporated from 1964 - a British Invasion band. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3G1Mm6dVyJE

And this is funny, unfortunately only 26 seconds

Great find. Absolutely no shortage of talent from every performer actually. Sensational.

Hi Keith,

Thank you heaps for those links. I've a huge fan of Victor Borge. I went to see a live show once and he was an incredibly talented and funny comedian.

The Sounds Incorportated version of William Tell was not one that I'd heard before. I don't know how I missed out on that! Maybe it was because I was in Tasmania through out the 1960s.

Thanks again
Noel
Thanks for listening, Trev!
