I have bought a brand new computer with windows 8 and have successfully loaded BIAB, Real Band and Powertracks. All seem to be working OK. I have lost access to the Roland VSC DXi that I used on Powertracks 2011. I have tried reloading it but I get a fault dialogue box and it won't continue to load. Anyone had this problem, and been able to deal with it?

Glenn,

VSC-DXi does not work on 64-bit operating systems.

This is has been investigated and documented a great deal in the BIAB (Windows) forum and no-one has been successful at getting it going. It is possible to use Coyote WT that PG Music supply as the alternative. Also, Coyote Forte and Cakewalk TTS-1 will work as general midi softsynths if you are after something a bit more up-market-sounding than the Coyote WT.

Regards,
Noel
