I installed the Jazz Master Class program Volumes 1 and 2 on my Windows 7 Professional laptop but the program won't open when I click on it. It acts like its going to start up bur it never does.

Welcome to the forum.

I don't have that program, but have a few general suggestions.

First, reboot (clears Windows resources) and try starting it again.

Try running the program as Administrator.

If no success, consider an uninstall & reinstall.

Is this a download? Try downloading again.

Did it ever work, or is this a new purchase?

Hi Thanks for the reply I downloaded it to an older computer and the software works just fine, but I want it on my newer computer because that is where my band-in-a-box and other musical software is.
Are there any programs that could prevent the software from opening?

Did you install it into the /Program Files folder(either one if 64-bit Windows)? That is a known problem.

It's installed in the /Programs Files (x86) Folder . I'll check that out

We know that location is trouble for BIAB. I'm just mentioning this as a possibility because I don't know about your program.
