Back in the day (mid to late 90s to be more precise) when I had a PC I had a program called THE JAZZ SOLOIST by PG music. I think it came in three volumes. Each volume had 50 songs on. Each of the songs were based on standards and had solos in - in different instruments, eg vibes, piano, guitar, bass - YES BASS - etc. Each song had a little blurb saying the solo was in the style of so and so, or the bass was in teh style of Paul Chambers etc.
Is that program still for sale by PG Music - i can't see it anywhere on the site?
