it's been years that I expect to get that chord in BB every time I upgrade. Didn't happen yet as far as I can see. Both major and minor versions should be there. That chord is heavily used in rock and pop, especially in the 80's type

Have you tried G/E key of E open voice or G6/E open voice ? Never works on endings for some reason but kind of works in some styles.
