Hi guys. It's been a while eh?
Anyway as I create a project I export the tracks to wav files and open thim in Sonar X1.
The problem is that even though the songs may be in 120 bpm (for example) those audio tracks don't exactly line up in 120 bpm measures.
Can I add an audio click track to the project and use it as a reference track?
How do I add a click to the project?
(I assume a 4 count side stick or something through the whole thing)
Maybe a midi click?
Thanks everybody.

SONAR has its own click track that can be turned on when recording. Does that help? And in the same menu, you should sync to audio.
I'm hip to the metronome. Haven't tried sync to audio.
THANKS.

Yes, let me know if that helps. Only if you have something providing stand-alone time code should you let it dictate the timing in SONAR; otherwise, set it to synch to the audio.

In SONAR X1, it's in Edit, Preferences, Audio, Driver Settings, Record Timing Master. Select your audio out soundcard (at least, it is that way on mine).
