To turn any song into a stop time chorus- like Count Basie's "Cute"

This could either be a simple checkbox.... that adds 2 dots of code to every chord for the stop time effect.

...or the B style of a "New Orleans Hot 5" style in which the 2 dots are embedded right in the style itself.

Perhaps an option to do this to the whole song, or a highlighted range of bars.

I answered this in the other thread. The solution is to use the "Edit, Copy Special, Copy Rests" command, which will take your specified bar as a template to copy to the remaining bars. This copies rests/shots/holds.

That's wonderful, John. I'm familiar with 'copy attributes'in video programs to match dissimilar video clips. But I never knew this feature existed in BIAB.

Simple way: Do the hold for one chord, then hit H followed by a number of choice and press Enter, which will copy quickly that hold to the next same number of bars.
Example: I want 8 held bars in a row = I set the hold for the first bar of those eight, then type h7 and hit Enter.

Bingo, done!
