This is a 3/4 UserTrack, if you have already download Guitar, Electric, Rhythm Rock 6-8 Ev 110
move it out of the UserTracks folder and replace with this

Included in the folder is a Realband SEQ
if you open that in RealBand the first track is the one that was generated by RealBand and is all out, the beats are out and the verse chorus is all over the place,
bars 8,16,24,32,40,48,56,64,72,80 are set to Chorus Fill so should play just before the chorus goes back to verse.
The next track MANUALLY MADE was manually created by dragging highlighted bars out of PowerTracks by dragging the track number into Realband (set to snap) and is correct how it should play.
To open in PowerTracks rename SGU > MGU
set bar offset to -2 the insert 2 bars @ bar -1 then move the audio track back to the start.

See in the video, the first track is generated the second manually made as described. The manually made is playing verse in verse and chorus in chorus, it plays the chorus fill @32 these are set in the UserTrack.
