Just a thought: I'm arranging a song with several tempo shifts throughout -- basically going from 110 to 170 then back to 110. And it occurs to me that, if I decide on a base tempo of something other than 110, I have to change those "back to" tempos manually every time.

Any chance we could get a tick box in Bar Settings that will restore the tempo in that bar to what it was originally?

Silly me!

In my imagination there was a "back to normal" tempo setting. Once I opened the F5 dialog window it was obvious I was mistaken and thinking of the "back to normal" track volume setting.

My mock up below demonstrates how selecting the "back to normal" tempo button would set the bar tempo back to the original song tempo of 140 bpm.

Yes, I would enjoy having that, an 'a tempo' button.

One of the little tricks you have to remember in a song with repeats is setting the tempo in the bar that begins the repeat. Otherwise, if you have a percentage increase in tempo during the song, you get a runaway train.

Definitely should have an a-tempo option

Surprising it's not so obvious?
