It's a shame PG could not host UserTracks as there are too many dead (dropbox) links in the UserTrack forum and this way all the links are in one place permanently.
They should be able to increase the upload size and add zip-rar-7zip option just in the UserTrack forum.
There are UserTracks hosted here https://www.realband.org/usertracks.html but they won't be there permanently.

I just checked out some of those user tracks and there are certainly some good ones I'd like to try a few things with... I might have to download all of them at some point when I am up to the task. It would take quite a few hours.

But also perhaps a more clear explanation of usage.
A bold statement that by posting a user track it can be used in any way one wishes without limits or credits.

Ideally I would like to see 2 threads. Do not mind names, this is just for the concept
#1 Free User Tracks #2 Paid for user tracks. (Not wishlists)
Meaning, it would allow to do initial post only if you attach a User Track. In a way, similar to User Showcase in which 95% of initial posts have link to the song.

The free one is self explanatory. The paid... I do not know how that might work. Maybe as a list of artist with their demos? Maybe go by a different naming like 3d Party Real Tracks? Pay to advertise? Shared licence with PG? A sample pack of 3rd party tracks in the form of Xtra Pack that passed PG quality control? I kickstarter approach?

I also had a site with music and podcasts at a point, but had to take it down due to hosting issues. My database was getting bigger and bigger and the prices were getting so big that I had no profit at all at a point. I recently found some better prices thanks to www.28msec.com where I was able to get the best hosting providers and some of the prices were shockingly low. Since I have most of the tracks I might update my database and have the site go live again after I get a new plan.
