I wish the F5 key (to get the "Edit Settings For Current Bar") would give you similar access to the Utility Tracks as well as the "standard" 8 BIAB tracks.

I would like to have that feature also so we can mute a utility track for a couple of bars etc....

A work around that seems to work is to manipulate audio wave file for the utility track. I deleted a couple of bars from the wave file to mute the sections I needed.

There's also a workaround for MIDI tracks to insert/remove/modify a program change.
You can use the Piano Roll window and "View/Edit" > Program.
It's awkward at best.
Support is aware of the situation as they provided this workaround.
