I'd like to be able to add additional RealTracks tracks that can be controlled via the bar settings. Utility tracks are nice, but limited in what I want to do with them.

It would be good to have those settings for the Utility tracks also.
What are the main things you want to do, mute, fade, gain, change RT ?
