Windows 10 question - how do I .....? - 08/27/16 05:31 PM
Hi all I'm using windows 10 on a surface Pro and in general love it.
I have a question that hopefully somebody here can answer.
As I mouse around the screen, the entire window will redraw and the window I was looking at is gone. I guess the idea is that I've mouse moved onto a new application's window, and that I'd want to see that whole applications window overdraw the one I previously looked at.
I'd prefer the previous windows behavior which is that you would need to mouse click on a new window to see it not just mouse move .
Do others experience this and is there way to change this behavior ?
