iM NEW TO b.b--CAN ANYONE THROW SOME LIGHT ON MY ISSUE..
iN REAL PLAYER..i HAVE GREY PARTS ON THE CHORD SHEET...I ALWAYS THOUGHT WHEN CHORDS ARE INPUTED ONE RUNS ACCROS LEFT TO RIGHT...ON MY 2016 REAL PLAYER I CAN INPUT CHORDS FOR THE FIRST 2 LINES..THEREAFTER ALL CHORDS RUN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM WITHIN THE CHORD PAGE INSTEAD OF LEFT TO RIGHT.DONT THINK THIS SHOULD BE THE CASE....DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS ON THIS.?????

When you select the next box for a new chord, does it change color (i.e. have a blue or green marker)?
If so you are creating a new 'section' every measure.

Try single clicking instead of double clicking.

In addition to rharv's thoughts, it also sounds like you might be clicking on the the bar number to move to the next bar. Try clicking on the space to the right of the bar number.

Alternatively, type in a chord and then press ENTER to progress to the next chord.

In addition to the good information provided above, check "New Line for every section" settings - right-click on the Chord Sheet and select Display Options
