Not sure what exactly to call what I'm looking for, but I'm looking for a small usb device that I can use that interfaces with BIAB that has actual dials on it for mixing. Just to make it easier to adjust things in the mix.

I think your looking for a "control surface". But, I'm not sure which if any will work with BIAB.
Have you taken a look at keyboard short cuts?

I believe BIAB might still support an old device no longer made, called a Frontier Design Tranzport. There was one fader.

To my knowledge, BIAB does not support a modern control surface. I've requested it in the Wishlist. By 'control surface, I mean a device such as the Mackie Control Unit, Behringer X-Touch, or Presonus Facderport 8. Cheaper versions exist of some of these.
