Wow! Chilling lyrics and very powerful images. The shot of the men building wood caskets gave me goosebumps. Fantastic job 90 dB! Thanks for the submission smile

Great job in every aspect of the project. You really captured the feel of Angola.

When I was a kid my grandmother was a housekeeper for a Catholic Priest who lived on the grounds inside the wall and I spent a couple weeks there for a couple of summer vacations. Ironically I know live about 35 miles from the prison.

Again, great job!

Good song and great job on it.

The dobro playing throughout was a bit distracting to me. I would have used it more as accent fills rather than letting it play almost the entire time. That would have made the production a bit more sparse and haunting. However, I also know that you intended for it to be there. So I guess it's all good.

Danny,

As you know, Angola is the largest prison in the country, and I was fascinated by Burl Cain's story as warden there. It's amazing what faith can do, even in the darkest places.

Thanks for listening and the interesting anecdotes!

Bob
