I have used Notation Composer for years and just upgraded to BIAB 2019 UltraPak Plus. How can I best utilize both programs since the plugin is integrated with Composer, but much smaller?

You should be able to use any MIDI style from Band-in-a-Box inside Notation Composer. Consult the Notation documentation on how to copy over the MIDI styles so they can be found.
