This is my cover of the Barbara Mason Classic song "Yes I'm Ready" recorded in 1972. I decided to see how this would sound with a male vocalist. I must admit It's been surprising and the song has been released and gaining plays on all the major platforms. I took the original song MIDI file, imported into Band in a Box, extrapolated certain parts of the MIDI composition and added the other parts using realtracks. I sung all lead and background vocals.

That spoken intro is so true. Love your rendition of the song Henry!
Henry, this was a great performance and production. I just wanted to hear your vocals a little more up-front in the mix. Always enjoy your taste in music.

I appreciate the listen. I think the vocals are more than loud enough on this track plus songs out. It's done and being played internationally. One thing about me. When I post a song in the forum it's done. Unfortunately even with my mistakes it's too late. I have the philosophy that if I try to please everyone's listening taste I'll never get anything out. Hell, I even hate a lot of my songs released after I hear them on the radio and recognize all the mistakes I made. No harm intended but that's just my approach. I know a lot of people in the forum provide constructive criticism and that's admirable. I just post to show my activity and hope listeners enjoy what I produce.
Another show-stopper Henry.

This is just so smooth, the backings are perfect. A real winner. Thanks for sharing.
