I am trying to recreate the classic intro to All The Things You Are, but every time I start the playback, BIAB sticks an Ab chord on beat one of the first measure. To create the push and hold, I am inputting ,^Db7#9... into the first measure, and then ,^C7#9... into the third measure. It keeps putting an Ab chord on beat one of measure one. I am sure I am doing something wrong and I just cannot find the solution.

Can you share the BIAB song file with us? Otherwise, there will be a lot of question coming. To start, what key do you have set (Em?)? Followed by, is this midi or RTs? ....

Under options check the Return to Factory Setting and see if that clears your problem. I just tried ^Db#9 in the first measure in both MIDI and RTs and everything was OK.

I wonder if a transposition is in effect? If so, what Mario suggested is a quick way to clear it.
