I am a REAL NOVICE who just upgraded to BB 2017. I had created a tune in 2016 and had used the SJAZZC2 style. When I played back this same saved file in 2017, there is NO keyboard (electric piano). All I hear is bass and drums. This is very upsetting since I spent several hours last night prior to the upgrade working on this song and now I hear NO Keys and I have rehearsal with my duo in a few hours. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated!

Simple first: open the mixer and check the volume, and make sure it isn't muted.

Reboot your computer and restart BIAB.

If you still have a problem, do Options menu, Return to Factory Settings and then restart BIAB.

That style has 3 RealTracks (Bass, Piano, Drums) and 2 MIDI tracks (Guitar and Strings)

The Piano is an Electric Piano.

If you can hear the drums and the bass and not the piano, then it has to be a volume or mute problem, as Matt suggested.

What are these values: (nothing Muted? Volume not zero?)
