I have a somes glitchs on a song on BAB and i tried to set it by changing the size of the buffer but it does'Nt work any idea?

What are the glitches?

This could possibly be caused by hardware or configuration or other things.
What exactly are the glitches? Stuttering audio, noise, errors ??
