I've made a backing track of Will Ye Go Lassie Go? and I wish to keep that version but make another with a different style. Can I just click on "Save as" then change the style and put a different title and will I then have 2 identical backing tracks but each with a different version?

Thank you

Yes. Using 'Save As' is definitely the way to go. As you indicate, all that needs to be done is to save the newer version with a slightly different I name.

These days, I tend to use song names that have an element of description in them.

For expample....

I often have a number of version of a single song and the names of these versions would be something like...

Fly me to the moon - bossanova.sgu
Fly me to the moon - swing.sgu
Fly me to the moon - piano only.sgu
Fly me to the moon - bluegrass.sgu

...etc.

Regards,
Noel
