I'm getting a few problems with my BIAB 2019 for Windows so I think it might be easiest to do a fresh install, but before I uninstall it I'd like to know if it's going to delete all the associated files - styles, tracks etc? I don't want it to because they take ages to install!

Before uninstalling why not try "Options" > "Return To Factory Settings"? There are two choices: "Return MOST to Factory Settings" and "Return ALL to Factory Settings". There is also a checkbox to reset the RealDrums and RealTracks folder locations.
