I'm using VirtualMidi Synth (from Coolsoft) as my BAIB Default Synth with Timbres of Heaven as my GM Soundfont. The GM Sound is very good but the Real Drums track does not syn with the MIDI tracks. Any suggestions who to sync up the GM with the Real Drum track?

I have tried the latency utility but could not get a resolution of the problem or I did not understand what to be looking for. I tried putting a 120ms delay and got the message that the value was out of range.

Any advice would be great.

Depending on how good your pc is you may be able to reduce the latency of coolsoft
By going to coolsoft options and reducing the buffer size .
At some point you will start to get stutter so set it just above this I would try steps of say 50 at a time.
I got mine right down to 10 !!
This is independent of any settings in Biab and will be effective on all apps that use coolsoft for midi on your pc.

Thanks Mike for your help. It seems your tip worked. I need to test it further but cannot do so now. I did get an instance of the Realdrums not clashing anymore but they were muffled.
