This was part of a course called The Art Of Mixing from the 80s/90s and is still one of the best explanations of basic concepts and equipment used in mixing. Still relevant today. So get out the lava lamp, dim the lights, enjoy the trip back to the past and learn about panning, eq, compression, reverb, and more. I came across this years ago on YT and it really helped explain those in a way that was easy to understand and lots of fun to watch. Hope it helps you too. grin This video is about 2hrs 40mins long.

Josie,

I just went and revisited 'Streets of Gold'. It's nearly 6,000 views now and sounds just as good as it did when you first wrote it!

Excellent work in all ways smile

All the best,
Noel
Josie,

Thanks for posting the link. I love this video series and learn something each time I view it.

I wish the link could be posted every year because the video series is applicable to beginners and experienced mixers alike.
