Is it possible, when using Jukebox, for it to pause after each song, anwait for a key press?

Yes, I always use it in live performances.
1 Open BIAB and select a folder contains your set list
2 In the toolbar (next to the Apple logo) click on BIAB/Preferences 1
3 In the second column, 5th from the top, check “Pause Play until MIDI
note/event.......
4 click OK
5 back on the BIAB main page hit the spacebar and your jukebox
set list will begin to play.
6 After each song there will be a pause until the space bar is once again hit.
Be aware that if you manually select a song you no longer be in Jukebox mode.

Thanx again Jazzsax, that works ok.
Can the song order bet set somewhere? without renaming the files?

I don’t think so. What I do is make a separate folder for each performance and copy all my songs into that performance folder. I then add a number to the beginning of each song title,
eg. 01,02,03, up to the number needed to play the set. You can then dump that copied folder or modify the numbers for the next gig.
