some of the instruments come up in yellow.
when they do, I offen get the message that internet connection is needed, and not available.
Whats it mean, as I am connected?

Is it BIAB 2021 that you're referring to?

In Band In A Box, yellow instruments are MIDI instruments. The green instruments are audio (Realtracks and Realdrums) and the light blue instruments are more advanced MIDI instruments.

The only message I've seen about needing an internet connection relates to hearing demos of styles. Is this when it's occurring for you?

Also, make sure that you've installed the latest update for BIAB.
