When you export the tracks from BIAB with the DAW plugin, the midi tracks are exported in .waw, which allows you to keep the original sound.

On the other hand, when you use the plugin from the DAW (DAW VST3 plugin 2021 v3.4.4), the tracks are generated in midi format. Is there a way to generate them in .waw format ?

First I assume you mean .wav format?

If so, then yes both BIAB and the BIAB-VST can output (generate) the audio tracks in .wav or if midi (as midi or chart) is present then in midi.
