I'm a complete newbie to BIAB so am very much feeling my way.

How do I insert a drum roll intro instead of the pre-fixed A and B part markers?

Hi Roger,

Go to options/countin/Met and choose either an A or B fill. This will give you good drum intro. Note that you have other choices so maybe one of them might work better for you; choose them by clicking on the down arrow in the lead in type window. Also have your countin/met window exactly like mine, see attached pic:
