A. You have to have X number of posts before this becomes available (I think BudManVet has enough)
B. The QuickReply feature does not offer this option, you have to click Reply and open a new view, but it should show when starting a new Topic
3. Just wanted to do the A,B,3 thing

You can also click on "Switch to Full Reply Screen" below the Quick Reply box to get here - if you've typed a response already, it'll copy it forward to the full reply screen.
