I have loaded a mp3 into BIAB and added all the chords. The song will only play to bar 36 and then it goes back to the start. Bars from 37 onwards are in a darker color.

Well, 200 is most likely to get you past the end of the song . If you do know how many bars the song has, then enter than value instead.

Also, if it is going back to the start, check that you don't have the loop option set, (it will be available from one of these displays below, depending on your screen layout):
