It appears to me that AI could become as popular as the smartphone. I have to wonder if it will follow the same economic model.
If Microsoft is willing to commit to an additional ten Billion dollars after currently investing four billion, I think they may believe that.

The possibilities for data harvesting are huge.
The possibilities to influence are huge.
The AI itself doesn't worry me too much, but the potential for misuse is pretty alarming.

Imagine this.
You record 10 songs, all original material played and sung by you, and feed them to an AI, which generates a new song written and performed by you, except you didn’t write or perform it.
