It is interesting to see how different her approach is to mine. This is what makes music and songwriting so thrilling, because there is not just one right method. I think the brilliance is to embrace and get inspired by other composers way of thinking and their workflow in order to challenge yourself.

When I get writers block I will generate a song in BiaB using the Melodist and/or the Soloist. I can always find a phrase or two that I can use as a basis for a song. YMMV
