Posted this song a couple of years ago. It's a Blues, called Moonlight Shuffle. Slowly, but surely, I've replaced most of what was Rts with LIVE instruments.

So, this version includes David Sanders live on Drums, Mack Sanders on vocals (lyrics as well) and slide guitar, myself on the guitars (lead and rhythm) ... the B3 and the bass remain to be BIAB realtracks for now.

Hope, you enjoy!

Cheers,
Mike

NICE! The remaining Rt's still fit really well. Cool song and all great performances. Mixwise I always have a couple of observations if you care to hear them. But this is a really nice track, no doubt!

Yea! What Dan said. I also have some mix issues, but some VERY TASTY guitar work! Great vocals too!

I love the blues and you guys did the blues justice on this one. You have a very steady drummer and one excellent singer here. That plus the fact that you play some very tasty guitar is just icing on the cake.

You picked the perfect RTs for this song.

Once you work on the mix you will have an “air play” ready cut.

Two thumbs up.

Me, it's not about how many times you fail, it's about how many times you get back up.

WOW - thanks so much for the glowing review on this one, Mario! This one took some work. Two years in the making... naturally, with some breaks inbetween - as it should be, if one tries something serious. So, thanks again!!! I'll let the guys know for sure.

Hopefully, I can start a more serious mixing process soon. Busy as heck - up to my ears LOL!!!

Mike

Mike,

It's already all been said! The RT's work really well with the live work, your guitar is really tasteful, and very nice vocals! Keep up the good work!

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
