Hi All, I re-did this song as I was informed (correctly) that it sounded too much like Run-a-Round Sue. Hope it doesn't sound like it anymore but no doubt someone will let me know  It is called Memories I used all sorts of RealTracks that I'm afraid I lost track (no Pun intended) The lyrics are: As my time has nearly run And look back on those days of fun Treasuring all those memories Those happy days and your love for me We'd walk along the beach at night Holding hands and hugging tight The stars the sea it was so right Your smile was true and oh so bright Memories Memories Memories of days gone bye Remembering all those years ago When life was sweet and oh so slow How we'd laughed and splashed around Now our feet are back on the ground All those evergreen yester - years We laughed and cried but had no fear Memories of days gone past We should have known they wouldn't last Instrumental Memories Memories Memories of days gone bye Remembering all those years ago When life was sweet and oh so slow Memories of days gone past We should have known they wouldn't last Let me know what you think Best regards George

Hi Michee, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Memories. I must say, your musical skills are definitely getting better and better. I really liked the way you arranged this song with some vocals doubled/harmonized and some not. You chose all the right places to get the best effect. I love the phrase "evergreen yester-years". How cool is that line! I'd love to have thought of it All the best, Noel

Thanks for your nice comments.
I tried to experiment with the vocals after I heard/seen Dan's vocal video.
The harmony TC Helicon in Band in a Box didn't quite work as I intended (my fault)
So I played around with doubling the vocal track and the volume envelope in Reaper.
The song isn't perfect and I still have a lot to learn, but it is fun to try new things.
